Have not Received our Email?

If you have successfully submitted your name and email address and still Have Not Received the email from us, here are some things to consider:

1) If you are using a free email account (like Hotmail and Yahoo), make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox storage limit, and check your bulk/junk/spam mail folder(s).

2) Make sure you entered your email address correctly - it only takes one typo!

3) Some email providers and ISPs have implemented "spam filters" which we have found are often badly designed or misconfigured, sometimes resulting in our emails being intercepted.

4) Network problems between ISPs can delay email transmission, sometimes for many hours - consider stretching, getting some fresh air and checking back later.

If all else fails, try using a different email account provider. Or you can send us an email and tell us your first and last name. We will activate your account manually or send your password to you through email.
